Established in 1996, our grove is located in Willunga, on the South Australian Fleurieu Peninsula. The Mediterranean climate of the area and its rich, loamy soils enhance the flavour and texture of our excellent quality olive oils. Our olives are hand harvested into a catcher to keep the fruit off the ground. The oil is then extracted using a two phase continuous flow process. As no water is used during extraction, the poly-phenol (or anti-oxidants) are preserved within the oil.
